Upper Valley Community Board of Guardians does not appoint guardians. Only the appropriate Idaho court can establish, define, modify, or end a guardianship.
Referrals are not acceptances
Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the board will review it favorably, accept the case, or agree to serve. Acceptance depends on eligibility, capacity, conflicts, legal requirements, available funding, and board approval.
Not an emergency service
