Board service

Serve on the board

Board service requires reliability, sound judgment, respect for confidentiality, and a commitment to the rights and dignity of vulnerable adults.

Board members review referrals, weigh conflicts of interest, and hold the organization accountable to its mission and to the courts. Term length, time commitment, and training requirements: Editable placeholder: To be added

This application follows the board’s written application. Everyone who serves is screened and agrees to the board’s confidentiality and conflict-of-interest expectations.

Have you ever been charged with or convicted of any offense other than a minor traffic violation?

Have you ever been the subject of an abuse, neglect, or exploitation investigation?

Have you ever been sanctioned or disciplined by a licensing board?

Have you ever filed for bankruptcy or had an account referred for non-payment?
